GENERAL CORPORATE COUNSEL-SMALL BUSINESS "IN HOUSE COUNSEL" SERVICES

At Zortman Law we specialize in representing and counseling small and medium size business clients. While those businesses are grouped together by size, our attorneys recognize that each one is unique in many different ways and as such may have equally unique legal needs. For clients that have regular legal questions, frequently work with contractual agreements, or have regular transactional attorney needs, our office offers a quasi "in house counsel" option. This option allows these clients to limit their monthly legal fees to a set amount while having access to an attorney for all of their questions, concerns and transactional/non litigation needs. Instead of paying a separate fee or hourly rates for each individual need of your business, this option allows you access to an attorney for one flat monthly fee. Monthly fee varies based on business needs.
